Where is my pre-order?
Pre-orders ship in the week of the release date shown on the release page. You get a tracking email when your parcel leaves. If you ordered a pre-order with something already out, both arrive together on release day.
Can I change the format of my order?
Yes, until it ships. Write with your order number and the format you want and we refund or charge the difference.
Do you accept demos?
Yes. Send a link (no attachments) to two or three songs. We reply to every message, usually within a month.
My record arrived damaged.
Send a photo of the record and the box within 14 days and we post a replacement, or refund you if the release has sold out.
