Damaged or faulty
If a record arrives damaged, or a side skips or crackles badly, send a photo or a short recording within 14 days of delivery. We post a replacement at our cost, or refund you if the release has sold out.
Changing your mind
Unopened records, CDs and cassettes can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you. We cannot take back opened physical items unless they are faulty, or downloads once the link has been used.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the code has not been used.
