Packing
Records go in rigid cardboard mailers with the record moved out of the sleeve, so the seams do not split. CDs and cassettes go in padded envelopes.
Pre-orders
A pre-order ships in the week of its release date. If your order has a pre-order and something already out, we hold everything and send it together on release day. To get the other items sooner, place two orders.
Customs
Orders outside the United States may be charged import tax or duty by the destination country. That charge is set and collected by the carrier, not by us.
